I didn't need Michael Bauer' opinion; the food and bar over 4 visits are more than enough to terminate my interest .Bar drinks are overpriced and when I asked for a classic Marguerita it was a watered-down travesty. We tried the pulled pork, over-powered by pepper, the brisket, dry, stiff and I think not freshly cooked, baby backribs, so blackened that they couldn't be eaten (waitress: "umm...could I get you something else?} and sides that made me weep. Only the greens, lomg simmered, were up to snuff, and even at that I had to ask for a side of vinegar. The day we ordered oysters, claimed to be Hog Island, weren't as expected, flabby and sad. I went immediately to Monterey Fish and got the real Hog Island oysters; T-Rex lies. Don't go there.
