My review of Fukumatsu Sushi

Well, since I asked for any Chowhound reviews of this place, and did not get a single response, I decided
to forge out on my own and be the first to review it.

Let me start by saying, this place is a find!
I ordered the Sushi Matsu (10 pieces of Sushi and a tuna roll). I figured I'd try the basics, and if they were good, I'll go for the Omakase next time.

The fish was VERY fresh (the tuna, salmon and Yellowtail are standouts) and the service was excellent.
They have some terrific rolls, and the place is
serene and quiet...perfect for a date or just a
Sushi escape by yourself.

What is really great, is that I paid just $34 for the 10 pieces of Sushi AND a roll (6.50) and a soda.
The Sushi came with Miso soup and a salad.

This is definitely the best Sushi I have had in the city, outside of the super pricey places like, Yasuda,
Sushi of Gari etc.
