Review of dinner at Matterhorn Chef

Thanks to Wild Swede for the info on this place...we ate there last night and it was great. We sat at the piano bar since the place was packed. We started with the herring appetizer, then I had weiner schnitzel and husband had bockwurst. Generous amount of food and sides and all very tasty and fresh. And generous amounts of liquor in our martinis. And what a show! Swiss/German music and accordion and keyboard playing, with Ueli the chef singing a couple songs.
They were very busy, so service was a bit spotty, but friendly staff and the customers were fun. All in all, a really fun time at a place 5 minutes from home. Too bad it's closing this month!
