Four of us went last night and it was wonderful.
The menu is small: one chicken, on beef, one veggie, and four fish entrees. At our table we had a Spanish big eye tuna with ratatouille and haricot vert, a seared halibut with parsnip puree and cavolo nero ( balck cabbage), a filet mignon with carrot puree and roasted baby potatoes, and a seared salmon; can't remember the sides on that one. All were very good, although my husband thought his parsnips were too gluey. For starters we had a big eye wonton, nice and crisp, on a bed of greens, a very meaty crab cake with a red pepper puree and tartar sauce, and a good Ceasar salad. Desserts were a liquid chocolate cake with banana sorbet--very good as the cake was moist and not runny and an apple tart--the only bad thing we had. Tough, tasteless crust.
Good wine menu, attentive service, warm atmosphere. You do need reservations.
