anyone every return an all clad non-stick that started sticking?

I have a 12 inch All Clad non-stick skillet that after about 2 years started sticking a bit. A good example is that fried eggs, even with a good amount of butter do not just slide out. I think I have taken pretty good care of it. There are no scratchs or peeling. I have tried filling it with water and dish washing liquid and boiling for a while but it has not helped. I

I have no idea where I bought it and have no receipt.

Does anyone have any experience with returning non-stick to All-Clad directly? Would they gladly replace it or is it likely they will just send it back saying that I had not properly care for it.
