Restaurants update-Cirxa, La Strada, Cobra Lily, etc.

Cirxa, contrary to an earlier post, is still open, but just undergoing a remodel. It was open on Friday night where the patio was utilized for food service.
La Strada on Los Feliz across from Tam O'Shanter and Costco has been sold, as has Cobra Lily on Wilshire in Beverly Hills.
In theory, Caffe Capri on Hyperion has also been sold and will become a Vietnamese restaurant, though still trying to confirm this info. Its owner, Rosario, apparently has purchased a restaurant in Monrovia.
Had dinner at Blair's on Thursday, and it is still one fine restaurant, and the desserts there are truly amazing and unusual creations, to wit: one dessert was a trio of chocolate covered banana, a mini root beer float and a large oreo-type cookie with an unknown to me orange colored center - was eaten by dinner companion that night. Mine was merely a trifle!
