Restaurants in Positano?

I am adding two nights in Positano to my week in Rome at the end of March -- traveling with my parents (age 73). My mom, who will be celebrating the completion of several months of chemo, and I think she will absolutely love that beautiful scenery from the balcony of the Le Sirenuse Hotel. It is low season, and I had wanted to stay at Il Marincanto or Poseidon (much more economical & beautiful as well), but they are closed until April The end of March is definitely low season & prices at Le Sirenuse are much reduced, and it is a trip of a lifetime for my Mom, so we are blowing the budget a little bit for a couple extra days in the sun. Any suggestions for nice lunches and dinners in Positano? Budget not the most important thing, but we want to stay in town (my Mom won't do a boat, so no Capri trip for her!!) and, as this is the "relaxing" part of our trip, we will only be going from the hotel balcony to the beach chair and back up the street -- no driving! Any restaurant suggestions in town will be great! Thanks, Peggy
