Restaurants limitations with baby?

I understand some variation of this question has come up before. We are coming to Lisbon in June with our very young baby. He will be 4 months old, so basically will be in our arms, maybe breastfeed during the meal. I’ve read Lisbon is very open to this, and it is not an issue in many restaurants, but will it be an issue if we try to go to nicer restaurants? We would be staying around marques de Pombal, so for example Assinatura? I’m citing this one because it’s always highly ranked, but we haven’t had time to build a list of restaurants yet. We won’t be looking at fancy/high cuisine restaurant necessarily, but we are foodies, so are looking for good food experiences. That can be in more casual restaurant with casual food, we don’t care, if food is very good.

So are there limitations to where we could go? Any suggestion of good-to-great food in our area is welcome. We are looking at dinner specifically, we would have lunch in other neighbourhoods as we visit.
