Last year on a trip to Greece we had some farm fresh eggs. The yolk was orange not yellow and the eggs had a good clean flavor. I've since heard that the orange color has to do with the chicken running around free and eating certain food.
Are there any restaurants that serve this style of egg? Want the place to have farm fresh eggs. Sometimes eggs get that pale yellow color to the yolk and yolk is flat, not pert.
I want pert, orange and yolks, no old egg albumeny flavor and smell. Where can I go for a fresh, free range chicken egg breakfast?
