Has anyone eaten at Greuze in Tournus lately? I read a very old (1996) review in Wine Spectator that really trashed this place. However, I noticed that the restaurant has retained its two Michelin stars over the years.
Also, I'm assuming that Stehpane Derbord in Dijon used to be Thiebert. Can anyone please give me an update?
