today i ordered breakfast delivered from a local bakery & when i included scones, the owner said he was about to bake them & they would be ready in 15-20 minutes & would i mind waiting? so this got me thinking that maybe he was making a batch from a mix.
anyone know if mixes are industry practices? if so, do you know which brands are commonly used? btw, the scones i got were excellent & if they were from a mix, i'd love to know where to purchase it.
