Restaurant South of 23rd Street for First Birthday Party?

We want to throw a birthday party for our daughter, who will be one year old in the next couple of months. Needless to say, our apartment isn't big enough to accommodate our group, which is likely to include, say 25-35 adults and 10-15 children (mostly between the ages of 6 mos and 2 years). Since the kids are still pretty young, I was thinking that it would be nice to throw a birthday party somewhere (preferably south of 23rd Street) that was kid-friendly and relatively inexpensive, and that (you knew this was coming) had good food for the parents as well as for the kids. I also thought that it would be ideal if the restaurant had some sort of private room or area where the kids could roam about a bit (and, more importantly, would save me from having to rent out an entire restaurant for this purpose). Any ideas?
