Do you think that restaurants are interested in input from their customers?
The reason I ask is that my husband and I went to a restaurant today that served a fish dish that was (unfortunately)overpowered by the amount of cumin used. We really couldn't taste any of the other ingredients (which were used creatively) or the fish (which was fresh and cooked beautifully).
So - should I send them an e-mail saying how much we enjoy the restaurant, (which we did) and mention the above. Do you think restaurants are interested in that sort of input from their customers? Have you ever done this and what was the response?
