We need a new place here....somewhere small, eclectic, and jazzy. Someplace with high standards for raw ingredients but with simple techniques, cold beer and no chardonnays. A well-travelled owner that likes to make people smile and hear those "mmmmmmm" sounds as customers bite into their food. Give me paper plates, cheap cutlery and locally grown vegetables and Mr. Suber's grits! Give me La Tasha's in Mt. Pleasant, Sermet's in Charleston, Salsa in Asheville! Seating for 25 on hand me down furniture. I can dream, can't I?
