hi,

i was in sf a few years ago and ate at a restaurant that i cannot remember the name of. my brother is headed out there this weekend and he is asking for the name.

it was a restaurant with a bar in front, there was an upstairs area that looked down on the open kitchen area. the restaurant was known for serving whole roasted chickens cooked in ovens that you could see from upstairs (rotisserie like). there was also polenta on the menu. please help!!! and if you know it, is it still any good and what other restaurants you would recommend for a first-timer in sf? looking for nice restaurants but not ridiculously overpriced. also, which is best dim sum place. we ate at yank sing and it was good but that was years ago!

thanks!!!
