Report: Foley Fish-n-chips Worcester

After driving by this charming little takeout place for three years, I finally had a chance to stop in. Only open Fridays 10-8, this fish&chips shop has been doing business for over 35 years. The daughter runs it now. Immaculately clean and all items made to order.

Had the fish&chips w/a side of slaw. For $4.60, 2 large cod filets freshly battered and cooked perfectly. Fries were from frozen, but well executed..crispy outside, fluffy inside. The homemade slaw was terrific, not too soggy with just the right mayo/vinegar/sugar balance.

I'll be back to test the whole bellys next time!
