How to replicate Goya Sazon?

I'm looking to replicate Goya Sazon (or Gayon Sazon y culantro y achiote) without all the msg that makes my tongue itch.

Does anyone have a good recipe?

Can Adobo be substituted for it?

Forgive the ignorance, I don't have a Puerto Rican bone in my body.
