Several manufacturer's for these, Taylor, Accu-Rite, Pyrex. These are the type where you insert the probe, stainless steel braided cable comes out through the door into a small digital device where you can program temps or select preprograms for different meat types.
I have heard they may not work very well (inaccurate) and frequently fail. Note that the majority of these, as far as I can tell, have an upper temp limit of 392F exposure to the probe/wire, therefore you cannot cook at over this oven air temp.
