In the late 80's or very early 90's, there was a cookbook which was baking centric. In this particular book, I found a cornmeal pie crust and a recipe for Concord Grape pie (with instructions to make the grape pulp filling and freeze for the future). My memory keeps suggesting it was Marion Cunningham, but the Fannie Farmer Baking booking didn't come out until 1996. I went to my local library this evening to double check and it wasn't present.
Does anybody recall which cookbook, yes I know there are thousands, I am referring to? What I do recall is this was a high profile well-known cookbook author but I just cannot remember who!
Meanwhile, I will keep digging through my files and memory. Any assistance is appreciated.
