Hi all:

It's been years (1990's?) since Bethlehem Bakery in Vancouver closed, but I used to love that place! They had the best Swedish stuff like limpa, scorpa, and cardamom rolls that it seems are impossible to find anywhere nowadays. They also sold in some grocery stores in town like the Thriftway in NW Portland (now Trader Joe's). I'd love to find their limpa recipe somehow so I could make it at home. It's a long shot, but is anyone familiar with it or maybe familiar with who owned the place that might be willing to share their recipe? Thanks for any leads!
