Reheating frozen (homemade) enchiladas

When I made my first batch of (rolled enchiladas), I froze some. Now, we're ready to reap those rewards. What is the best way to reheat I wonder? Straight from freezer to oven, which i know works well with my lasagna? Or defrost and put in the oven as usual? Or something else entirely? Thanks!!
