Hounds. Please help. I am about to register and want to make sure that I make wise decisions. Am probably going to check out Williams-Sonoma, but first want to educate myself a bit on this. I am becomming a more serious cook and will continue throughout my lifetime. I have some hand-me down stuff now, but want to upgrade. What are the recommended pot/pan sets that I should consider?
I definately want to get some Le Crusette pieces...which sizes, etc. should be considered? Any other tips, recommendations, etc. which will make my kitchen a bit more serious are greatly appreciated.
