Little Red's - St. Marys

Dr. John | Jun 4, 201801:21 PM

On a Southwestern Ontario weekend, a friend recommended Little Red's in St. Mary's. We started by splitting the Ploughman's lunch as an appetizer, which included some tasty local salami, liver pate with lavash, and a piece 5 Brothers cheese from Gunn's Hill. The perch soft tacos were perfectly cooked and had a nice salsa. The bison burger was substantial, cooked medium as requested, and was dressed Greek-style with olives and tzatziki. We split a tangy strawberry rhubarb crisp for dessert. The only miss was a lychee cocktail that was too sweet. Overall, it was very enjoyable and worth a visit if you are in town.
