Red Lentil Penne

Has anyone used red lentil penne (the brand I have from WF is "Tolerant." I'm not intolerant of anything but I thought it sounded interesting.

I was thinking a very light sauce so we can taste the pasta, like EVOO or a little pesto.

Any ideas?
