I have some of your Red King Crab here in Florida - help me!

Costco does a seafood road show here in Tampa, Florida on weekends and I indulged in some legs. Overindulged, in fact, and I find myself, somehow, with a leg and a half leftover. I want to maximize this delicious material, and am not sure whether crab cakes, my typical answer to leftover crab, is the way to go. I imagine this is a rare predicament for most, but what do you do with your leftover crab meat on the West Coast?
