Red Hill makes a pretty fine "eggs benedict"

Not traditional. Not in the least.

Yam biscuits (yes, yam!), avocado, tomato, pickled cabbage and chile mole sauce. Biscuits were dry and crumbly, which normally would be a problem, but when they're holding down avo, saucy cabbage and mole sauce, it worked well. Good poached egg, too.

And, yeah, you *can* get onion rings for brunch. And, yeah, you *should*.

Oh, and it's so untraditional it's not even called "eggs benedict" on the menu. You just sort of have to know it's there.
