Recreating the Federal's risotto balls tips??

For anyone that has had them... I have arborio rice, black truffle butter, etc. Any tips for making them as good as The Federal does? I'm planning on rolling them in rice flour before frying to get the crispy exterior. Do I need to use eggs in the rice as a binder or will chilling the risotto be enough?
