Hi Everyone, I need your help in finding a steakhouse to celebrate my wife's birthday.
Looking for thick traditional ribeye with a nice crust. Bonus is great cream of corn. Was thinking Maestro (Costa Mesa), Mortons, Steakhouse 55. I did try Maestro (Newport Beach) which was disappointing in terms of steak (chewy but awesome seafood). To me a steak should be something special tender and beefy flavor cooked to medium rare. It should be something better than what i can do with a weber charcoal grill and costco meat. Thanks again
