I just watched an ad for Aiya Matcha Tea Sticks, which are meant to be a convenient way to prepare it while away from home.
Reminded me that I've been meaning to try matcha tea at home.
Do you have any favorites or advice. Are they all pretty much the same?
At first I was going to ask if one could simply grind up regular tea leaves but then saw that the growing, harvesting, and processing are unique.
