Recommendations for snacks/desserts/small bites?

Hello Vegas CHers,

My wife and I will be in for a weekend trip in July for our first vacation sans kids in 6 years, and first time in Vegas as adults for both of us! As a result, we are very excited in seizing this opportunity to stuff our faces full of many of the tasty things we have been missing out on for the better part of a decade.

For our main meals we have:

Bouchon
CarneVino
Shake Shack
Jaleo
Luke's Lobster

In your opinions, are any of these really not worth visiting? Unfortunately due to timing of flights and a show we are seeing, we can only squeeze in one fine dining dinner. I have been wanting to try L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon and Le Cirque for many years, but being a voracious carnivore, I think I just have to go for the riserva at CV.

Where I really need help is with small bites, desserts/pastries, and cheap eats in between meals. So far we have Tacos El Gordo for tacos al pastor, Serendipity 3 for frozen hot chocolate, and Secret Pizza, Five50, and/or Grimaldi's for a slice.

Thoughts? On or near the strip is preferred, but if the destination is really good we definitely don't mind making a trip to other parts of town.

We are from the San Francisco Bay Area and spend a lot of time in Orange County/LA, so Asian/sushi/ramen, Mexican, Neapolitan pizza are low on the list unless exceptionally good.

L'Atelier De Joel Robuchon,
Le Cirque,
TACOS EL GORDO,
Secret Pizza,
Five50 Pizza Bar,
Grimaldi's Pizzeria
