My guy and I are headed to Paris next week. We are 30s and 40s, from Minneapolis, love food, cooking, wine and generally anything foodie-related. We're out a couple of nights a week trying different spots at home and avoiding chains, the suburbs or anything too tame like the plague.
Saturday evening will be our last night in Paris and we're looking for just the right spot and would prefer French food. Nothing too big, conjested or touristy, but a cozy, quaint, romantic spot to review our wonderful vacation together. A friend recommended Le Pamphlet, is this a good option? Or any other recommendations? We're up for spending about 150-200 Euros, I think, but are more interested in good food than expensive food.
One more thing, we're staying close to the Metro stop St. Michel-Notre Dame, but we will travel for good food!
We'll be trying Le Reminet for lunch on day, I'm sure.
As a side note, has anyone eaten at the Indonesia restaurant lately? I love Indonesian food, can't get it at home anymore.
Thanks so much!
