Can anyone recommend a fun Cooking course in or near SF?

Hey chowhounds,

I'm looking for a fun way for my mom and aunt to celebrate my aunt's 50th this fall, and they want to try a cooking class out here (they live in NY). It could be a combination of a day or two in SF and a few days in Napa, or something similar. Both are pretty experienced cooks who want to sharpen their skills but not be in a culinary boot camp. I'd really appreciate any suggestions. I think Slanted Door used to have classes, but I'm not sure.

Thanks!
