I've been borrowing cooking videos put out by the California Culinary Institute from our library but am not thrilled.
Does anyone know of a good instructional series on dvd or video? My skills are probably low-medium in this community. I do cook some and read about it constantly but have never purchased truffle oil, if that gives you an idea.
If you have any suggestions I'll be grateful. I may ask our library to consider adding to their collection or I'll try ebay for a used set.
