Can someone recommend a butcher in Fairfax County or a reasonable drive to Loudoun?

I've already tried Organic Butcher in McLean -- they are too busy and cannot accomodate.

I am trying to order a de-boned turkey (size not important -- 12 lbs, 14 lbs, 16 lbs, 10 lbs) for Thanksgiving. My plans are to prepare a Tuscan-style Alla Porchetta --

I don't have a problem with driving out to Loudoun if I have to -- I just don't want to. I am guessing that Wegman's doesn't do this (I am in there 100 times a week but have never thought to ask) -- does WF do this?

Thanks in advance for any help.
