Can anyone recommend a one-burner solution (Wok/Disco)?

Hi group,

I am looking to buy an outdoor burner to be used for high-temperature wok cooking, as well as medium temperature disco cooking. For those of you not familiar with a disco it is a very large flat cast-iron disc (like a wok, but used more for fajitas, tacos, etc. - I have attached a photo for those of you unfamiliar).

I've been reading the threads and looking at MANniu and Rambo burners - obviously great choices for wok cooking. I'm just not sure if they would work well with the disco.

There are companies like Disc-It which make discos and a very nice burner to go with it (see here: http://www.disc-it.com/), but I'm not sure their burners are hot enough to get that high temp wok hay flavor. Also, their burners seem to have a wider distribution of flame to heat up the much larger surface area of the disco (unlike the wok burners which seem to concentrate the flame in the center).

Does anybody have a recommendation on a versatile burner which could do double duty for both?

Thanks!
