Recomendations for 3 days in New Orleans

wanderingviolet | Jan 27, 201510:47 AM     4

I have been researching restaurants for the past several days for my upcoming trip and I'm going into brain overload as there are so many good options in NOLA. I'm staying in the FQ and will be spending some time in the Garden District and would love some recommendations for the following-
1.Breakfast in the Garden District on Saturday and Sunday Brunch in FQ (thinking Cafe Amelie?)
2.Good Po'boy
3.Creative Creole (Root, Herbsaint or.....?)
4.If you had to choose one John Besh place where would you go?
5.Possibly looking for someplace to watch the Super Bowl with good food.

As always all advice is appreciated.

Cafe Amelie
Herbsaint
