I recently purchased some miso paste for the first time at the local Asian market and am looking for good recipes. The one I tried so far was a complete hit. It was a miso-ginger-cilantro sauce that I spooned over fish and rice---made it twice, once for guests who raved. :) The recipe (from Epicurious.com) called for orange juice, shallots, miso, vinegar and a bit of broth. I was hesitant at first, but it turned out to be wonderfully tangy and salty at the same time, perfect over both mahi mahi and salmon.
Any other miso recipes out there I should try out?
