I'm trying a diet where I need to eat so many calories each day, broken down into so much protein, carbs, and fat. I know the sample menu I have won't last more than the week- turkey sausage is listed everyday for breakfast and once for dinner... blechh!. Besides that, most of the meals listed are pretty boring.
I wanted to find a book (or internet site) where I would get food nutrient listings and recipes. I tried to research it on my own, but all I found were paysites like Weightwatchers. Besides not wanting to pay, I'm actually trying to gain weight... Any suggestions?
