I was at the local farmer's market and many farmers were selling squash leaves. A search of the web only turned up one recipe that said you could substitute any green for the squash leaves. The only other fact I turned up was that deer love squash leaves.
I didn't think to ask the farmers how they were used. However, many years of farmers markets have me conditioned to the usual response to that question ... "I don't know. The customers ask us for them."
So does anyone know how these are used? How do they taste?
