What recipes did you make for the first time during 2020 that were a hit? Links to the recipe and/or to your earlier CH report on it are encouraged.
For myself, I would note that I made many more new recipes this year than I can ever remember. Why would that be, I wonder? Here were my favorites:
Tagliatelle with Prosciutto & Butter from NYT Cooking, https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1.... I've actually never made it with tagliatelle. Rather, I've used either Rana brand fresh Paperdelle or Fettucine from the refrigerator case. This is sinfully rich but really easy & fast. (Per the comments on the website, I've always made it exactly as written -- i.e., with butter, not olive oil; no add-ins of mushrooms, green vegetables, or garlic.
