recipe suggestions for shellfish stock

I went diving a couple days ago and caught some crabs and lobsters. I made a big pot of stock of the crab and lobster heads/legs/parts. What are some good recipes with this stock?

I plan to make a big pot of lobster etouffee but that'll only use so much.
