Last weekend we and several others shared "blow out" Indian dinners on successive nights at Shere Khan in Manchester, UK and Shajan near Blackburn-both outstanding curry restaurants. Between the two nights we tried 16 different curries. Everyone agreed the best of all was called "Prawns Zaffrani." The manager of Shajan reluctantly told me some of the ingredients but his list is incomplete. I've searched both Google and a number of cookbooks and have come up empty. Is anyone familiar with this extraordinarily delicious dish?
