Recipe Resource

Rogerg | Mar 28, 201807:52 AM     5

I have been using the Cooks Illustrated/America's Test Kitchen/Cook's Country on-line subscription for a few years and found it very helpful. It has it's limitations but there seemed to be good solid information and it was/is easy enough to search for recipes, equipment, etc. When they strayed from a long standing method they explained why and gave information on how they developed the variation. Since Christopher Kimble left it has seemed to be as useful. Does anyone use or know of a similar resource? Is Christopher Kimble's "Milk Street" as good as the old Cooks Illustrated? It seems to be more Michelin star focused and sometimes I just want a good, tasty home cooking idea. Suggestions?
