I was reminiscing my college years in San Jose and Tong Kee restaurant came to my mind (some people say Tung Kee while some said Tong Kee). I really miss that delicious bowl of noodle soup. I heard it's now very popular in San Jose, they opened up many restaurants. I had something like it when I visited Ho Chi Minh and it was called Hu Tieu in the menu. Anyone has the recipe for it that can be shared to me. Thank you.
