Recipe for German "Korneck" multigrain rolls

avonfluegge | Sep 23, 201507:07 PM     3

We just got back from Berlin, where we couldn't get enough of these Korneck multigrain rolls. Here is a link to the website of the bakery chain: http://kamps.de/backstube/produkte/br...

They contain wheat flour, soybean meal, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, rye meal, oats, flax seeds and sesame. They are hearty like real whole wheat bread but not as dense as Vollkornbrot, or as moist. They have no trace at all of sourdough flavor.

Has anyone made something similar? I've never had anything like these in the US.
