Recipe for Whole Foods Tofu Mushroom Stroganoff?

Has anyone ever successfully duplicated this dish served on Whole Foods hot bar?
I find it delcious, and I'm not even vegetarian (the dish is vegan).
Its described as "Tofu cubes simmered in a creamy, non-dairy Burgundy mushroom sauce"
