About a year ago, I cut out a wonderful recipe from the LA Times. It involved par-boiling potatoes and slicing them thin, putting them a roasting pan or skillet with olive oil. You put fish filets on top of than, then sauteed garlic and crushed red pepper in more olive oil, adding sherry vinegar to that mixture, pouring it over the fish/potatoes, and roasting for about 5 minutes.
It was fabulous - I've made it for guests a couple of times and gotten raves, but somehow I've lost it. Can anyone please help?
