Need Rec for Asian restaurant for Friday night in SF

cc | Sep 15, 200508:56 PM     4

Hi there.

I have two friends from Europe visiting. Tomorrow is their last night in town and they are requesting the following:

1. Asian food - Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indian but no Chinese.
2. Good food, casual not dress up like Tommy Toys or even Crustaean.
3. Let me further define casual - she is not the "hole in the wall" kind and I think Andalu, Paul K is her idea of casual. I took them to Koh Samui and the Monkey 3 nights ago and they really liked the place and the food. So I am searching for something with a similiar vibe and hopefully just as good if not better.

Slated door is full booked. Please help. I really want their last night to be memorable.

Thank you in advance.
