We are in Ginza for 2 days and have a couple of meals open. Our favourite sushiya is fully booked so we're excited to try a new place. I'm looking for a reasonably priced kaiseki, preferably below 20,000 for dinner or 10,000 for lunch. We have several other nice bookings later on in the week so don't want to blow our budget straightaway.
My list so far:
Ginza Okuda (is it true the chef is only at Koju for dinner service?)
Ginza Maru (very cheap - is food standard compromised?)
Any other suggestions?
