Real sembei in Bay Area?

pockyjunkie | Apr 19, 2007 09:13 PM

Does anyone know of a place to get good o-sembei? Really don't care where - as long as it's closer than going all the way to Japan. I'm looking for the kind that's fresh, not like eating styrofoam. To me, good sembei melts in your mouth, has a flavorful soy coating, and with or without nori garnish. I'm thinking of the kind you get at the stalls at Asakusa. Anybody got any advice?
